Peter Schildberg advises on all fields concerning industrial-property protection. His work includes talking over technical aspects with inventors as well as critical discussions about patent applications, office actions, and intellectual property rights held by third parties. He specializes in providing advice to patent departments about international patent procecution. Having conducted countless oral proceedings for appeal and opposition cases, especially at the European Patent Office and its Boards of Appeal, he is also able to offer clients sound legal advice for inter partes proceedings. In addition to enforcing patents and representing defendants, his work also sees him training young patent attorneys with great commitment.

Peter Schildberg is a member of the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys (PAK), Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI), Fédération Internationale en Propriété Intellectuelle (FICPI), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), and Bundesverband Deutscher Patentanwälte e.V.
